Twelve Integrated Agricultural Development and Lao Product Company is an agribusiness that farms, processes and distributes Lao agricultural commodities — freshwater prawn and fish, fruit, vegetables, crops and cattle — in genuine partnership with the communities who work the land.

Twelve Integrated Agricultural Development and Lao Product Company — or TWELVE COM. — is an agribusiness that both carries out farming production and distributes agricultural commodities such as cattle and crops.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Vientiane Capital, the company builds its production around a single idea: that agricultural development should raise the income of the community that farms it. Everything we grow in Natan Village is grown alongside the villagers who own that land — under a signed cooperation agreement, with a shared revenue split and fifteen village labour teams working the project.

Our Journey
The local office of Natan Village offered Mrs. Anith Sivisay, our founder, a plot of land for development.
After company research and survey, we arrived at the project concept: freshwater shrimp farming, fruit and plant planting.

Minerals
Alongside agriculture, TWELVE COM. is developing a minerals business built on the same principle that guides everything else we do: value should be created here, in Laos.
Our focus is on moving beyond the export of raw material. We are working towards establishing processing facilities in-country, so that Lao mineral resources are refined, upgraded and turned into higher-value products before they leave — creating skilled local employment, stronger returns for the nation, and a more sustainable industry for the long term.

The Natan Model
A total revenue share agreement between the company and the Natan Village Association governs the project.
15 labouring teams are staffed by Natan villagers. Shared interests run across prawn, fruit and markets — spanning agriculture (crops and livestock), food processing and farmers’ markets.
